Junior Architectural Designer

We are currently hiring a Junior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, including creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits and collaborating with other team members.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting senior designers in producing design concepts and presentations
- Creating detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other software
- Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Collaborating with other team members such as engineers, contractors and clients
- Researching building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Providing support in project coordination and management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
