Concrete Worker

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to concrete construction, including pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Finish surfaces by hand or with power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper strength development
- Repair damaged concrete structures as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing ratios and finishing techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work within tight deadlines

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (open to candidates of any nationality)

Type: Full-time, permanent employment
