Our construction company in Shan, Egypt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and progress tracking

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software
- Prior experience managing large-scale projects

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for our international employees.

This position is suitable for men only due to the physical demands of the job. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
