Garden Maintenance Technician

A reputable landscaping company in Shan, Nepal is seeking a skilled and experienced Garden Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Garden Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality garden maintenance services to our clients. This includes pruning, watering, fertilizing, and general upkeep of gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, mowing, and edging
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans and client preferences
- Water plants and lawns regularly to maintain their health and appearance
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth
- Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their gardens
- Keep detailed records of garden maintenance activities for each client

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.
