Sales Manager (Clairvaux, Canada/Filipino candidates preferred)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Your main goal will be to increase company profits by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor new sales staff
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain existing partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM software is an asset
Salary:
$1700 per month + commission based on performance.
