Sales Manager - Indian Market
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to target the Indian market, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Train and motivate sales team to achieve desired results
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: $1300 per month + commission on sales
