Restaurant Manager
We are in need of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high quality standards. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning and profitability of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure a high level of service and adherence to company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create schedules for staff members that are efficient and cost-effective
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the restaurant at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (English is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is preferred)
- Previous experience in the food industry is required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1400$ per month
