Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)


We are a busy and popular Indian restaurant located in the vibrant city of Ashdod. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1200$. As an Indian restaurant, we prefer candidates with experience in managing Indian cuisine restaurants.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and handling financial aspects such as budgeting and inventory management. You will also be responsible for creating staff schedules, training new employees, and implementing policies to ensure smooth operations.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant. You should possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills are crucial for this position as you will need to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Business Management would be preferred but not necessary if you have relevant experience. You should also have knowledge of local food safety regulations and be able to ensure compliance at all times. Proficiency in English is required for this position.
