We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager for our luxurious hotel in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on generating revenue and increasing occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners to promote the hotel's facilities and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
- Create and manage budgets for the sales department
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their targets
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $900 per month (with potential for commission)

Contract job with accommodation provided. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Los Angeles. Visa sponsorship available for international candidates.
