Junior Architectural Technologist in Balzers, Liechtenstein



We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to assist in the design and production of construction documents for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and solutions.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations.
- Prepare project presentations for clients.
- Assist in project coordination and communication with consultants, contractors, and other team members.
- Participate in site visits and inspections.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
- Familiarity with Revit or BIM software.
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects.
