Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Balzers, Pakistan

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate and meet all necessary building codes and regulations. Your attention to detail and strong technical skills will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Review and revise designs as needed based on client feedback or project changes
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project progress is on track
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
