Factory Machine Operator (Pakistani Nationals)



A leading manufacturing company in Zagreb is seeking skilled and dedicated Factory Machine Operators to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor various machines on the production line according to standard operating procedures
- Setup machines for production runs by selecting appropriate tools and materials
- Conduct regular quality checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on machines as needed
- Keep track of production output and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Pakistani nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis
- Previous experience in machine operation preferred but not required
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
