Factory Line Worker (Contract) - Pula, Egypt or Philippines

We are hiring skilled and dedicated Factory Line Workers to join our team on a contract basis at our manufacturing facility in Pula. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and performing quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards. This is an English-speaking job, but we welcome applications from non-native speakers who have a strong command of the language. Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line according to company guidelines
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production or equipment to supervisors
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high levels of quality

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs

Salary: $1200 per month (USD)
