Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events. You will use your knowledge of different flowers, colors, and design techniques to create stunning pieces that will delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences
- Selecting the right type of flowers and foliage for each arrangement
- Creating designs that are visually appealing and align with client's vision
- Arranging flowers in a variety of styles including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, etc.
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies
- Keeping up-to-date with current flower trends and incorporating them into designs
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a floral designer or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, colors, and design techniques
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client's needs
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with different tools used in floral design such as scissors, wire cutters, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Education/Qualifications:
A degree or certification in floristry or relevant field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with performance bonuses.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk.
