We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russian Federation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and proven experience overseeing large-scale projects. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and coordinating all aspects of the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing project teams and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
