A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced welder or someone looking to start their career in welding.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures, equipment, and machinery using various welding techniques. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in welding
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment/materials
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Use various welding techniques to join metal parts together
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Collaborate with construction team members to complete projects on schedule

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per week, plus overtime pay. This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
