Baker - Indian Cuisine (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled Baker with experience in Indian cuisine to join our dynamic team in Mombasa. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and desserts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough and bake various types of Indian breads such as naan, roti, and parathas
- Create delectable desserts and pastries inspired by traditional Indian recipes
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker specializing in Indian cuisine
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt them to meet dietary restrictions or preferences
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery of baked goods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must have the legal right to work in Kenya
