Junior Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure timelines are met
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management
- Identify potential issues or delays and come up with solutions to keep the project on track
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work permit for Portugal or eligibility for visa sponsorship

Salary:
As a Junior Construction Project Manager, you will earn a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Additionally, you will have opportunities for growth within the company as your skills develop.

This role is based in Porto, Portugal. We offer relocation assistance for candidates who do not currently reside in Porto.
