Concierge Assistant


The position of Concierge Assistant is open for a highly motivated individual who has a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and support to hotel guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure all guest needs are met
- Assist with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Keep track of guest preferences and communicate them to relevant departments
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages, and filing documents

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with reservation systems is an asset

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. In addition, the company offers accommodation for employees who do not currently reside in Pokhara.
