Preservation Architect - Heritage Restoration Specialist (Beer-Sheva, Israel)


We are seeking a Preservation Architect with a passion for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. As a Heritage Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the condition of existing structures, developing restoration plans, and overseeing the execution of preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their condition and identify areas in need of restoration
- Develop detailed restoration plans that comply with local regulations and preserve the historical integrity of the structure
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute restoration projects within budget and on schedule
- Conduct research on construction methods, materials, and techniques used in the original construction of historical buildings
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and ensure quality control standards are met
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preservation architecture or heritage restoration
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations related to historical preservation
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hebrew is preferred
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
$1600 USD per month
