A reputable architectural firm in Beer-Sheva is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic buildings and sites. Your duties will include conducting historical research, creating preservation plans, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with preservation guidelines and regulations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure that historic structures are preserved in a sustainable and responsible manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of local and national historic preservation guidelines
- Excellent research, design, and project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
