Architectural Designer - Part Time (with Visa Sponsorship)

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans for various projects. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for full-time employment in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Provide accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work part-time hours (20 hours/week)
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in the United States
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
