Hotel Sales Manager for Indian applicants in Shan, China

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, China. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. This position is specifically open to Indian applicants who are fluent in English and do not require previous experience. Accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing accounts
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
- Build relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and supervise the hotel's sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Shan, China if not already residing there
