Part-Time Preservation Architect

A small preservation architecture firm in Braga is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Preservation Architect. This position is ideal for women with a passion for architecture and historic preservation who are looking for a part-time role without the need for prior experience or accommodation. As a Preservation Architect, you will work alongside our experienced team to help preserve and restore historic buildings and structures in Braga and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct historical research on buildings and structures
- Prepare preservation plans and proposals
- Assist in the restoration and conservation of historic buildings
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and document existing conditions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong interest in historic preservation
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for women looking to balance work with other commitments. Our office is located in beautiful Braga, known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
