We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Facade Technician to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades according to construction plans and specifications. This is a contract position suitable for foreigners with no English language requirement and no previous experience necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain building facades, including windows, doors, cladding, and other exterior elements
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Use various tools and equipment to install facades, such as power tools, scaffolding, and ladders
- Ensure proper installation techniques are followed to meet safety standards
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding project progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at heights using scaffolding or ladders
- Familiarity with power tools and other construction equipment
- Basic understanding of construction plans and specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in facade installation (preferred but not required)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 USD per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be provided with all necessary tools and equipment. The workplace will be located at various construction sites in St. Petersburg.
