Facade Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality facades for buildings. Your duties will include conducting site inspections, creating technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in facade design. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations is also required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing façade systems for buildings
- Conducting site inspections to assess facade requirements
- Creating technical drawings and specifications for facade installations
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards
- Monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion
- Identifying potential issues or risks and finding solutions to address them
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments in facade design techniques and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design/ engineering
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Willingness to stay updated on industry developments
