Construction Manager (Lahore, Pakistan)

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Lahore, Pakistan. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will need to have experience in the construction industry and a thorough understanding of project management principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety measures are in place
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
