Construction Project Manager

A construction project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and coordinate various teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. They must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Create budgets and manage project finances to ensure profitability
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Manage construction workers, contractors, and subcontractors on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate progress updates to clients and stakeholders regularly
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets standards
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or industrial projects
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lahore (candidates from other cities are welcome)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
