Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in web design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and create designs that meet their needs
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites
- Create visually appealing designs that are user-friendly and accessible on different devices
- Work closely with web developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in web design
- Provide feedback on website functionality and usability improvements
