IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Almada. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring the security of our data.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in information technology management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. You must also have a solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and database management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of systems
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary upgrades or changes
- Ensure the security of our data by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience managing teams and developing effective strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and make decisions that benefit the business

Salary: 1700$ per month without accommodation.
