English Tutor - Ufa, Russia


We are currently hiring an experienced and passionate English Tutor to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students of various ages and levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that focus on developing students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in English
- Utilize creative teaching methods and materials to make learning fun and effective
- Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback on their language proficiency
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and support each other in creating a positive learning environment
- Keep track of attendance records, lesson plans, and student progress reports

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Education, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) to non-native speakers
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
- Patient, enthusiastic, and able to create a positive learning atmosphere for students of all ages
- Familiarity with teaching online using various platforms is a plus

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with a monthly salary of 1600$
- Working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm (with one hour lunch break)
- Teaching materials provided by the company
- No accommodation provided; candidate must be able to secure their own housing in Ufa
- Visa sponsorship available for non-Russian citizens
