Indian Tutor in Ufa

We are seeking a skilled Indian tutor to join our team in Ufa. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring services to students of all ages. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective tutoring sessions based on student's learning needs and goals
- Assess student's progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Create engaging learning materials and activities to enhance student's understanding of the subject matter
- Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the curriculum and implement any changes as needed
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment for students

Requirements:
- Native speaker of an Indian language (preferably Hindi or Bengali)
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in tutoring or teaching
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (this position is open to candidates of any nationality)
