Senior Accountant


We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Balzers. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets
- Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies
- Oversee month-end closing processes
- Provide support for audits and tax filings
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
