A reputable and established construction company in Isa Town is seeking a skilled Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding various metal components according to project specifications, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. The Welder will also be required to maintain tools and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Welder, with a proven track record of successfully completing welding projects in a timely manner. A valid welding certification and proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding is required. The ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting welding repairs on metal structures according to project specifications
- Maintaining tools and equipment used for welding
- Inspecting completed welds for quality assurance
- Troubleshooting issues that may arise during the welding process
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Welder
- Valid welding certification
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for prolonged standing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work well in a team environment
