We are in search of a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, cranes, and more. Your main duties will include operating the equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks related to construction, mining, and other projects. You must have a valid license and relevant experience in operating heavy equipment. This job is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work long hours. Accommodation and own visa arrangements will be provided.

Salary: 1000$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, cranes, etc.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Complete tasks related to construction or mining projects according to instructions from supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including materials used and work completed
- Report any equipment malfunctions or accidents immediately
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid license for operating heavy equipment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operating heavy equipment
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read instructions and follow them accurately
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures for heavy equipment
