Nurse Supervisor


We are hiring a Nurse Supervisor to oversee the healthcare services at our medical facility in Herzliya. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of our nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional clinical knowledge, and experience in a similar role. This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. We welcome applications from Indian nurses with proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our nursing staff
- Monitor patient care activities to ensure compliance with standards
- Train, mentor and evaluate nursing staff performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient healthcare delivery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and report any issues or concerns to management
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Current nursing license
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
