Architecture Manager
We are hiring a skilled Architecture Manager to oversee the design and construction of buildings in Triesen. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process for building projects, from conceptualization to completion
- Manage and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs meet safety and building code requirements
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and plans
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate project updates to clients and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Experience managing a team of architects or other professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
