Construction Manager for Egyptian Nationals in Balzers



Our construction company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Balzers. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate all construction activities
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other team members
- Oversee site safety and ensure all safety protocols are being followed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
