We are a reputable construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in plastering and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster according to specific ratios and apply it evenly
- Apply various types of plaster, such as lime, cement, or gypsum
- Create decorative finishes using specialized tools
- Repair damaged or cracked walls and ceilings
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and levels for a smooth finish
- Follow safety protocols at all times on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer with knowledge of various plastering techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members
