A reputable construction company in Faro is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and level finish. This is a full time position with a salary of 900$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents
- Mix plaster materials according to specifications
- Apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Smooth and level plaster using trowels or floats
- Create decorative finishes by adding texture or colorants
- Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster
- Ensure work is completed within specified timeframes and meets quality standards
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their properties
- Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment used in plastering
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or apprenticeship in Plastering
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Good communication skills
