Barista - Coffee Shop (Shan, India)


We are a bustling coffee shop located in the vibrant city of Shan, India. We are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team and provide top-notch service to our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as other beverages and snacks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Take customer orders and prepare drinks according to their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks, brewing techniques, and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
