Office Assistant


We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Khasab. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Keep track of office expenses and submit reports to the accounting department
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and reconciling accounts
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred:
- Indian nationality
- Previous experience in a similar industry or role
