Job Title: Office Assistant - Administrative Support in Khasab, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support in our Khasab office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member
- Manage office supplies, order new supplies when needed and maintain inventory
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested by staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and handling cash transactions
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including making arrangements for catering or other services as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in office administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1600$ per month.
Contract job with accommodation provided.
