Office Assistant (Part-Time) in Khasab
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Khasab. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operations of our daily tasks. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Update and maintain employee records, including contact information, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and preparing reports
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company events or meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
