We are a well-established construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Izhevsk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be able to work independently while also collaborating with our team of engineers and architects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography to collect accurate data
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate positioning of structures
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Proficiency in using specialized equipment for land surveying
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
