Sales Manager


We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products or services
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management on a regular basis
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to continuously improve our products or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
