We are a fast-growing company in the UAE and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and ensuring their performance meets or exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure their success
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare monthly sales reports and present them to senior management
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before and after the sale
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the UAE market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory

Salary: 1300$ per month + commission
