Sales Manager



As a Sales Manager for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities in the Remish region. Your main objective will be to drive the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats or opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a team
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet/exceed targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Malayalee or African nationality preferred)
