We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Remish. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and oversee the performance of the sales team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to determine sales strategies
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure the team's continuous improvement
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a result-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1600$
Location: Remish (Preference for Indian nationals)
