Handyman for Property Management Company in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are a property management company in Chelyabinsk, Russia seeking a Handyman to join our team. This full-time position is open to all candidates, including those without experience. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for general maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring they are kept in top condition for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Fix and repair any issues with the properties as needed
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Communicate with property managers and tenants to address any maintenance concerns
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot problems
- Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
